How to use
How to use Aurora Shilajit
Simple plan: indicative dosage, preparation, cycles and storage — everything in one clear overview.
Quick overview
Amount
Start with a small amount: around 100 mg (rice-grain size) up to 300 mg (pea size). You can gradually increase up to 300–500 mg per day, depending on your individual tolerance and, if needed, in consultation with a healthcare professional.
Preparation
Dissolve the resin in lukewarm water or herbal tea, or in (plant-based) milk. Ideally, avoid using boiling water. You can also let it slowly dissolve in your mouth.
Timing
Drink it once the shilajit has dissolved, preferably in the morning. Some people choose to take a second, smaller amount later in the day, depending on their own routine.
Frequency
Many users take shilajit 1–2 times per day. If you find the taste intense, mix it with herbal tea or (plant-based) milk.
Using cycles
- Common example: some people use Aurora Shilajit for about 30 days and then take a short break.
- Alternative approach: others prefer 6 days of use followed by 1 day off.
These examples are mentioned as ways of alternating use. Always adapt them to your own situation and, if in doubt, talk to a healthcare professional.
Recommended
- Start with a low dose and increase gradually if you wish.
- Drink water regularly as part of your daily routine.
